I am a pharmacist independent prescriber with a passion for improving patients’ quality of life through a holistic, personalised approach to care. Having worked extensively across hospital and community settings — including respiratory medicine, cardiology, surgery, and transplant care — I understand how challenging it can be to live with complex or long-term conditions.
My specialist interest is in Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) therapy, which can offer new hope to people with autoimmune conditions, chronic pain, and other persistent health issues. I work closely with my patients to create tailored LDN treatment plans, taking into account not just symptoms but also lifestyle, nutrition, and overall wellbeing.
Alongside my LDN work, I support patients on their weight-loss and wellness journeys, including the prescribing of GLP-1 medications where appropriate. I find it incredibly rewarding to help people achieve sustainable results, boost their energy and regain confidence in their health.
I am a proud supporter of LDN Research Trust, a charity dedicated to raising awareness and funding research into LDN. Their work has been invaluable in advancing understanding of this therapy and helping patients access safe, evidence-based information.
My goal is always to provide compassionate, evidence-informed care that empowers patients to take control of their health and feel supported every step of the way.
